Rather than getting your client to reduce the sale price, I can create a presentation folder including 3D visuals and a plan of a kitchen design for you to show prospective buyers the potential, at viewings.  I will also send a copy of the visuals to you if you want to add it to to your listing, to try and get buyers in.
